Julien initiated Karetis project in 2014, soon joined by other partners sharing the same vision of “augmented consulting” combining Advisory, Data and Tech. With more than 16 years of experience in strategy and operations consulting in France and in the US, he works on a broad range of strategic and operational topics for a variety of healthcare players: new roles and service offering development, customer engagement models, patient journey mapping, field force deployment, HQ and field organization design (service teams, market access, medical, commercial, public affairs, data & innovation lab…). His passion: making the most of all the ideas, resources and data available to help select the right move and generate tangible outcomes.

Nicolas Cordier



Nicolas began his career as a strategy consultant in Paris and London for 6 years.  He joined Sanofi in 2006 where he held different leading positions in the French affiliate in Business Excellence and the commercial operations being notably Head of Sales & Marketing for the Generics and Consumer Healthcare division. He joined Merial in 2013, the Animal Health division, to lead the Strategic Projects and Commercial Excellence for the EMEA region. In 2015 he became the Commercial Head of Pet Healthcare EMEA. Passionate by the opportunities offered by the digital/data revolution, and conscious of the industry transformation needs, he joined Karetis as a partner in 2018.

Julien founded Karetis Singapore in 2016. He focuses on data science and artificial intelligence offerings. He works with his clients globally to help define AI and analytics strategies, from use case identification and design, to implementation and change management. With strong business expertise in go-to-market, commercial excellence and customer experience, he adds cutting edge data science, machine learning and business intelligence technology to solve challenges facing organizations on a global scale.

Emmanuel joined Karetis at the very beginning of the project after 8 years of consulting at ZS Associates. He has worked with pharmaceutical companies of all sizes across Europe and the US, from biotech to generics, to help answer their business issues around field force effectiveness, organization design and deployment, commercial strategy, forecasting, and competency assessment. With expertise in data management and visualization, analytics and tool design, more data means more fun for Emmanuel who loves to see his support make an immediate and lasting impact at his clients.

Céline joined Karetis after beginning her career in consulting for tech and media companies, moving on to healthcare market research in the US. Passionate about the digital transformation of healthcare, she is member of several think-thanks dedicated to bringing innovation to the healthcare ecosystem and is a regular contributor to various initiatives for digital and innovative health (labs, hackathons…). At Karetis, she works on developing new innovation models and on supporting transformation initiatives related to customer and patient experience, data and digital. She is the author of the study “Beyond-the-pill strategy for pharmaceutical companies: service-based marketing or new business model?” (Les Echos, 2017).




“ I have joined Karetis in 2018 as an office manager for Paris office (well… in Neuilly!). After 13 years in the hotel industry, I decided to start new studies for becoming a personal assistant. Since then, I had the chance to work for a variety of large companies such as Air Liquide, Lacoste, EDF, KPMG… I then decided to go back to school for reinforcing my skills in accounting. With this new diploma in pocket, I am now a “complete” office manager. And passionate too about the Karetis project! ”

A project with Karetis?

“ For a family-owned pharma group I had the challenge to reorganize the whole sales department, the previous organization not having the expected impact. It was very challenging as we had to embrace a holistic approach to answer this open question in a highly specific market.

For a leading pharma company I had to develop a complex sales and market forecast, where I had to model various therapy trends and intricate relationships between the different molecules in this market. ”

A project with Karetis ?

” I had the opportunity to work with a global pharmaceutical company seeking to improve its sales force action plan. We proposed a machine learning solution to provide a more customer-centric approach by giving detailed recommendations for salesforce interactions. Then, we developed a Web Platform to deploy our solution. It was exciting to follow a project from diagnosis to its concrete field implementation and further analysis. The diversity of the tools and knowledge needed for this project was indeed really fulfilling. “
