Floriane Guillot

“ I have joined Karetis in 2018 as an office manager for Paris office (well… in Neuilly!). After 13 years in the hotel industry, I decided to start new studies for becoming a personal assistant. Since then, I had the chance to work for a variety of large companies such as Air Liquide, Lacoste, EDF, KPMG… I then decided to go back to school for reinforcing my skills in accounting. With this new diploma in pocket, I am now a “complete” office manager. And passionate too about the Karetis project! ”

Why I joined Karetis?

“ I have chosen to join Karetis because I am glad to help the team grow faster and stronger. I am proud to help such a great and dedicated team make their projects real and have such an impact in the organizations we are working with! ”

Matthieu Lyon

Ecole Centrale Supélec

“ During my cursus I had the opportunity to develop a strong inclination in data-driven consulting through internships in both strategy and data consulting in France and Malaysia. Joining Karetis was for me a perfect way then to have such a quantitative, data-driven approach of various business problematics.
I also have been able to find in Karetis a very entrepreneurial mindset with strong ambitions in the complex healthcare industry. ”

A project with Karetis?

“ For a family-owned pharma group I had the challenge to reorganize the whole sales department, the previous organization not having the expected impact. It was very challenging as we had to embrace a holistic approach to answer this open question in a highly specific market.

For a leading pharma company I had to develop a complex sales and market forecast, where I had to model various therapy trends and intricate relationships between the different molecules in this market. ”

Maxime Delespaul

Ecole Centrale Supélec | Université de Lorraine (MS Theorical Physics)

“ I joined Karetis to be part of a small but rapidly growing team of ambitious & experienced consultants with a profoundly data-driven approach to consulting.
From my very first interview, I understood that I had found people convinced that “hard data”, verifiable data, should be the core of their business. I also felt that their way of evaluating people was imbued with this “fact-based” approach, which seduced me from the outset. ”

A project with Karetis?

“ With a leading OTC (over the counter) health company, we had the opportunity to create a tablet application for intern use aimed at helping the sales forces adapt their message to the client/customer they visit, based on both their company needs and the client history.
To succeed in this project, we had to master many tools & techniques, ranging from major analysis on big data sets – often requiring finding “good approximations” to build solid theorical models – to the deployment of a tablet application. ”

Célia Novello

Ecole Centrale Nantes | Imperial College (London)

“ I decided to join Karetis because it was an opportunity for me to work on projects which require the use of data and strong analytical skills to solve concrete but challenging business questions.
I appreciate being part of this growing team as we are all involved in the development of the company, on a day-to-day basis during projects or on a longer term to define Karetis’ strategic next steps. The agility and flexibility of the team allow us all to contribute actively to the company’s activities. ”

 A project with Karetis?

“ I worked with a pharmaceutical company in order to evaluate how multichannel activities can have an impact on their sales. My role was to initiate the experiment in collaboration with the client and to analyze the data we could collect to identify a possible impact of digital channels (calls, emails, mail…) on sales at a pharmacy level.

For another leading pharma company, I took part in an innovative project aiming at redefining data needs in a patient-centric way as part of the tracking of a new product launch. We organized multidisciplinary workshops using graphic facilitation in order to identify unmet needs along the patient journey and rethink KPIs accordingly. ”

Germayne Ng

Georgia Tech (Msc) | Nanyang Technological University (Bsc)

“ Joining Karetis allows me to solve a myriad of problems with various pharmaceutical clients, using different quantitative approaches as well as state of the art data science methodology. Different clients have different needs and finding the personalized solution often requires thinking out of the box. Not a project is ever mundane! My passion lies in value-adding data as well as making data science as accessible as possible to different audiences. I spend my free time competing in Kaggle (Google’s Data science platform) and have taken part in 5 competitions so far. ”

A project with Karetis?

“ Some projects that I was involved in required deep exploratory data analysis on the data as well as extensive data visualization in order to find the answer while other projects would require me to make use of unsupervised machine learning techniques as well as predictive analysis for the clients. ”
