Floriane Guillot

“ I have joined Karetis in 2018 as an office manager for Paris office (well… in Neuilly!). After 13 years in the hotel industry, I decided to start new studies for becoming a personal assistant. Since then, I had the chance to work for a variety of large companies such as Air Liquide, Lacoste, EDF, KPMG… I then decided to go back to school for reinforcing my skills in accounting. With this new diploma in pocket, I am now a “complete” office manager. And passionate too about the Karetis project! ”

Why I joined Karetis?

“ I have chosen to join Karetis because I am glad to help the team grow faster and stronger. I am proud to help such a great and dedicated team make their projects real and have such an impact in the organizations we are working with! ”

Arnaud Jaoul

Ecole Polytechnique (X) | PhD in physical-chemistry

“ For the past 5 years, I have always been driven by developing innovative strategies and applying models to support them. Karetis is a data-driven and innovative company, which is a perfect fit for my desire to bring new solutions to clients.
When you join Karetis, you can count on the expertise and dedication of its members and on small agile teams capable of solving any problems.”

Matthieu Lyon

Ecole Centrale Supélec

“ During my cursus I had the opportunity to develop a strong inclination in data-driven consulting through internships in both strategy and data consulting in France and Malaysia. Joining Karetis was for me a perfect way then to have such a quantitative, data-driven approach of various business problematics.
I also have been able to find in Karetis a very entrepreneurial mindset with strong ambitions in the complex healthcare industry. ”

A project with Karetis?

“ For a family-owned pharma group I had the challenge to reorganize the whole sales department, the previous organization not having the expected impact. It was very challenging as we had to embrace a holistic approach to answer this open question in a highly specific market.

For a leading pharma company I had to develop a complex sales and market forecast, where I had to model various therapy trends and intricate relationships between the different molecules in this market. ”

Adeline Minet-Ferguson

Centrale Paris | ex Professor of physics (aggregation)

“ Passionate about working internationally and improving capabilities of people around me, I started my career in consulting and industry before spending a decade as a professor agrégée of physics, for classes préparatoires in both France and China.

The Karetis team has been the perfect place for me to combine the dynamic challenges of business with my teaching perspective, allowing me to effect training and support, both internally and for our clients.

Karetis offers a passionate work environment, with a positive and pragmatic team. With such a mindset and within a broad variety of projects, it is really exciting to translate innovative ideas into action, where all assets, from business, data, and tech to the actual people themselves, work together to maximize their value. ”

Célia Novello

Ecole Centrale Nantes | Imperial College (London)

“ I decided to join Karetis because it was an opportunity for me to work on projects which require the use of data and strong analytical skills to solve concrete but challenging business questions.
I appreciate being part of this growing team as we are all involved in the development of the company, on a day-to-day basis during projects or on a longer term to define Karetis’ strategic next steps. The agility and flexibility of the team allow us all to contribute actively to the company’s activities. ”

 A project with Karetis?

“ I worked with a pharmaceutical company in order to evaluate how multichannel activities can have an impact on their sales. My role was to initiate the experiment in collaboration with the client and to analyze the data we could collect to identify a possible impact of digital channels (calls, emails, mail…) on sales at a pharmacy level.

For another leading pharma company, I took part in an innovative project aiming at redefining data needs in a patient-centric way as part of the tracking of a new product launch. We organized multidisciplinary workshops using graphic facilitation in order to identify unmet needs along the patient journey and rethink KPIs accordingly. ”

Nicolas Lang

Business & Innovation analyst

Ecole Centrale Lyon | Tsinghua University

” Coming from an engineering school, I have completed my formation with a MSc in China where I studied Data Science, especially Deep Learning. I am strongly interested by the applications of these new technologies to business and marketing centered problems. I wanted to find a challenging and innovative environment where I could develop new skills inside a welcoming team. Karetis ticked all boxes and I was impressed by the dynamism and level of expertise of the team. As a bonus, it keeps me connected with Asia thanks to Singapore office. The first few months were intense and gave me the opportunity to grow on responsibilities, both on external and internal projects. ”

A project with Karetis ?

” I had the opportunity to work with a global pharmaceutical company seeking to improve its sales force action plan. We proposed a machine learning solution to provide a more customer-centric approach by giving detailed recommendations for salesforce interactions. Then, we developed a Web Platform to deploy our solution. It was exciting to follow a project from diagnosis to its concrete field implementation and further analysis. The diversity of the tools and knowledge needed for this project was indeed really fulfilling. “

Laura Bonin

Mines Saint Etienne | EM Lyon Business school

“Having graduated from an engineering school and a business school, I was looking for a company which would enable me to combine these two aspects of my profile. I joined Karetis because I can work on a day-to-day basis on business issues which can be strategic or operational while conducting in-depth quantitative analysis. Karetis also enables me to progress in an environment that fosters technological innovation since we develop our own tools that are specific and tailored to our clients’ needs.”

A project with Karetis?

“I had for example the occasion to work with a client from the pharmaceutical industry on a business excellence issue. Our client had the objective to integrate a new team inside its already existing field force network. The project was thus about dividing the geography in adequate territories in regards of the future activity of this new team, while ensuring the new territories will allow synergies with the historical teams. During the project, I used a geographical projection tool that we developed which enables us to visually communicate our results on maps to our clients.”

Saad Loutfi

EDHEC | Norwegian School of Economics

“ During my academic path, I developed a strong taste for quantitative methods and the challenges of the health sector. I decided to join Karetis to build a professional expertise on these subjects thanks to the diverse and high-end consulting services with which it provides its clients. I have found here an unusual team that knows how to combine rigorous analytical approaches with creative problem solving. ”

A project with Karetis?

“I developed for a pharmaceutical company a system of tools allowing them to update their data in real-time and generate easy-to-read sheets containing the information needed to prepare “intelligent” and  impactful pharmacy visits.”

Thierry Trang

EM Lyon Business School

“Business strategy and Analytics are the 2 core pillars on which I have built both my academic curriculum and professional projects. I decided to join Karetis with the will to partner with clients and solve complex business problems while delivering enduring impacts through data and analytics. At the crossroad of Data Science and Strategy & Management consulting, working at Karetis allows me to keep on developing a strong business acumen while nurturing a pragmatic, analytical and creative mindset. As I am from a business-oriented background, what I like most in Karetis is the steep learning curve allowed by working with highly demanding teams of engineers, scientists, and phDs with combined expertise while always being hands-on and result-driven.”

A project with Karetis ?

“In the context of a major pharmaceutical company’s entering the French market with a product launch, I helped the organisation design and implement their yearly salesforce incentive plan through the development of a set of customizable, dynamic, and ergonomic BI tools, finding the right balance between calculation accuracy, fairness and simplicity.”
