A project with Karetis?
“ I worked with a pharmaceutical company in order to evaluate how multichannel activities can have an impact on their sales. My role was to initiate the experiment in collaboration with the client and to analyze the data we could collect to identify a possible impact of digital channels (calls, emails, mail…) on sales at a pharmacy level.
For another leading pharma company, I took part in an innovative project aiming at redefining data needs in a patient-centric way as part of the tracking of a new product launch. We organized multidisciplinary workshops using graphic facilitation in order to identify unmet needs along the patient journey and rethink KPIs accordingly. ”
